1) Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned in their original condition and unadulterated.

2) Weight Variations

During the grinding process, products may lose some weight. The initial and final weight of the product can vary depending on the moisture levels. For best results, we recommend using fully dried items for grinding.

3) Product Fineness

The fineness of the product after grinding largely depends on the dryness of the item. Ensure that your items are adequately dried before bringing them for grinding.

4) Minimum Charge for Grinding

For grinding any grains or spices, the minimum amount charged will be equivalent to the cost of grinding 1 kg, even if the product weighs less than 1 kg.
